Delivery Information

Delivery charges are dependant on the weight, dimensions and destination of the package. Due to the vast amount of parts on offer it is impossible for us to give an accurate shipping quote prior to packing the parts.

Couriers calculate delivery costs on the actual weight or volumetric weight of the package; whichever is greater. Volumetric weight is calculated by multiplying the length x width x height (in meters) and then multiplying the sum by 250. (more info)

Express Delivery (TNT)

High priority delivery method with on-line tracking facility and guarenteed deliery times.

Economy Shipping

This is a non-priority delivery method. If this service is selected then DeRoure Ltd will contact a variety of shippers on your behalf and select the most efficient or cost-effective delivery method available at that time.

Along with Royal Mail (small items only) we work with a variety of hauliers throughout the UK and will do our best to secure the best prices we can. With economy shipping, on-line tracking facilities are not always available and are dependant on the chosen courier. This is a non-priority service and generally does not offer a guaranteed delivery date.

Unless specifically requested, we will not contact you to confirm shipping prices prior to dispatch.

With the majority of small items, we will dispatch the goods through Royal Mail Signed for Delivery. Generally £5.00 will cover most small items delivered within the UK, £10.56 within Europe and £12.50 to the rest of the world through a signed for Service. If a non-signed for service is required please ensure to request this in the order notes section.

Customer Courier Collection

We understand that a lot of our customers have an account with specific couriers and are happy to ship items using your own account. In order for us to do this we will need the name of your courier, your account number and relevant contact details.

DeRoure Limited will organise a collection on your behalf once the parts are ready for dispatch. If courier details are incorrectly supplied and we are unable to contact you then we will dispatch goods via the most appropriate delivery method available.

Shipment Insurance

Please Note: Items are not insured as standard and DeRoure Limited cannot be held accountable for goods lost or damaged once they have left our warehouse. It is strongly recommended that shipment insurance it taken out for easily damageable or high value goods. Certain products such as clamshells may require additional packing. If so DeRoure will pass such charges onto the customer. INSURANCE IS NOT OFFERED ON GLASS.
